E-CRM Lead, Hybrid, Full Time
We’re looking for an E-CRM Lead to own and elevate our CRM and email marketing strategy, and who would drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. From managing end-to-end campaigns and scaling our CRM database to optimizing audience segmentation and leveraging analytics, this role combines strategy, execution, and innovation. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver impactful multichannel programs while continuously testing, learning, and refining to maximize results and business impact.

We’re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Level 2 Licensed Producer Broker to join our high-performance team remotely. We currently have multiple producer positions available and are seeking individuals who hold a valid Level 2 Insurance Broker license. Depending on the regions you’ll be serving, successful candidates may be required to obtain additional provincial licenses, with support provided by Alteri.

We’re seeking a motivated Insurance Advisor to drive new business growth and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced brokerage environment. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound calls and online leads, close sales over the phone, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
This role focuses on understanding client needs, recommending appropriate coverage with integrity, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. You’ll also identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, collaborate closely with insurance underwriters, and stay current on insurer products and portals through ongoing training.
